I've been going off the wagon. I know I'm playing a big game so I'm ok with a little falling off. But I felt so good when I am on. Happy and clear. I have a machiatto this morning and 5 hours of sleep.There was a breakdown at work that had me wanting to scream.
It all worked out. As I know it always does. I'm noticing where I'm cheating more and more. I'm recommitting. Today!
